Felix Niland

BTCM (SITCM)

"I strongly believe in treating you as an individual. As a Type 1 Diabetic with ADHD, and having previously had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, I know what it’s like to spend a great deal of time in doctor’s offices just to be treated as a condition, rather than a person. My aim is to understand not just what’s bothering you, but how it’s impacting your life, and how we can help you get better in a way that works for you."

During his time at university, he received four awards for academic performance and services to the university, sat on the Academic Board and Teaching & Learning Committee, and was Chairperson of the Student Relationship Group. In 2022, he was a finalist for the Australian Traditional Medicine Society’s (ATMS) Student of the Year.

Since 2018, Felix has received formal training in Eastern Medical Classics. He has studied the Treatise on Cold Damage 傷寒論 and the Essentials from the Golden Cabinet 金匮要略 over the past four years. In 2020, Angus officially initiated Felix into the Classical Formula School of thought 經方家.

Felix practices Eastern herbal medicine and acupuncture on Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment.
